Get your passports out and your Google Maps ready—it’s time for our greatest discoveries of the week!

London calling! St Leonards is a new restaurant from Andrew Clarke and Jackson Boxer of Brunswick House and the menu already has us drooling withs open hearth fire cooking. Plus, it’s located in in trendy Shoreditch, giving you another excuse to explore this revamped neighborhood.

Another must-try new restaurant is Botanist in Vancouver. The beautifully designed space features a bar, outdoor terrace garden, dining room and lounge. It’s also glass-walled and filled with lush greenery, so get your cameras at the ready.

Heading to Mexico’s Oaxaca area? You’re in for a real treat. One of our favorite local spots is Casa Oaxaca, set inside a remodeled 18th-century colonial house. The restaurant, which is part of the hotel of the same name, features a menu of traditional Oaxacan dishes done in a modern style, and the results are nothing short of delicious. Don't miss the mezcalinis, shaken and poured tableside, and be sure to order the fisherman's stone stew, cooked tableside with a hot river stone.

To round out our foodie-themed post this week, let’s head to La Tupina in Bordeaux. It has an old French farmhouse feel to it, with rustic furniture throughout and an open fireplace where you’ll see meat roasting on a spit.
